What happens after I pay?
After you make your payment you will receive the confirmation from the bank. It takes a little bit of time to process and confirm that the details you added are correct. After we confirm that the details you added are correct, we send you an email confirming the purchase, and soon after that the ticket and other info related to the tours you have chosen. In case you receive an error message after the payment and the money went out of your account do not worry. Sometimes a time out in the process can result in that. We will notice it and send you a confirmation asap.

WHO IS ToursCrete.com?
ToursCrete.com is the property of Serapis Travel. A travel agency based in Hersonisos, Crete since 1992! Being a travel agency it was always our primary target to offer the best service possible at the best price. We follow all regulations and instructions of the Greek Ministry of Tourism.

HOW DO I BOOK SEATS FOR ONE OF YOUR TOURS?
Go to our ALL tours page ToursCrete.com. Click on a tour to read its description and all other details, like prices and time schedule. Use the "Check Availability" search system to select your dates and number of travelers.

Add it to your "cart". Do the same if you wish to purchase more tours. After selecting all your tours, go to the right upper corner and press on the "cart" image, and proceed to "checkout". Add your personal details. The personal information that we collect from you is stored by us on databases protected through a combination of physical and electronic access controls, firewall technology, and other reasonable security measures. We will neither sell nor release your registration, personal, and usage data to outside organizations.

Infants are not calculated. You inform us about infants through the notes section in the Checkout Notes Section. Infants are Free of Charge.

If you don't know the address or the ZIP CODE just add "unknown". Same applies to the hotel address.

"Continue to Payment". By clicking on this button you will be directed to our bank's page where you will complete the process.
Within 48 hours we will contact you with your tickets.

If you cannot find a tour that meets your needs, you may contact us to design something exclusively for you.

IMPORTANT - DATE OF BOOKING
The system will not allow you to book 48 hours prior to departure in order to secure that there is availability for the tour in question. If you wish a last minute booking please contact us.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY BOOKING?
If you need to modify either the tour date, meeting point, or the number of people, we suggest that you get in touch with us directly and ask if we are able to accommodate your request. Once we both have agreed to the changes, we will contact you and we will amend your booking. In the event there is any price difference resulting from these changes, our customer support team will contact you to assist.

WHAT SHALL I DO IF I FEEL SICK OR UNSAFE DURING THE TOUR?
Your safety and security are of our utmost concern to both your tour guide and ToursCrete.com.

If you feel unsafe, sick, or need to go back to your hotel communicate your concerns to your tour guide immediately.

You have the right to stop the tour at any time. At your request, your guide will return you to the agreed ending point by the transportation method(s) set out in the tour description.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOU ARE A LEGITIMATE COMPANY?
We have been connecting travelers with guides since October 1992 - nearly 500 thousand people have bought our tours. The most important for a Travel website like our own is to have the Special sign and number provided by the Greek Tourism Authorities. Without that, no website can operate. Our unique number is 1039E60000045000.

We are also members of the Hellenic Association of Travel & Tourist Agencies (HATTA)

WHAT SHALL I DO IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY TOUR(S)?
Cancellation of your booking must be in writing or by email to "Tourscrete.com". Our email is info@tourscrete.com

You are entitled to a full refund only if you give us 48 hours prior to departure notice of your intention to cancel. If you notify us less than 48 hours prior to departure time, there will be no refund whatsoever.

You may choose to change your tour departure to another date (subject to availability). Permission to do this up to 24 hours before departure is entirely at the discretion of Tourscrete.com Management.

If the reason for your cancellation is covered under your insurance policy, you may be able to make a claim under that policy.

Tours already booked cannot be canceled and re-booked where special offers are made available. This applies to all special offers that may be available.

A member of our support staff will be able to assist you immediately and provide you with the options available to you.

I CAN NOT FIND MY PICK-UP POINT.
No worries, it happens all the time. Hotels change names and google maps info is not always correct. Write to us with your hotel name and we will either tell you which pick-up location to choose or create one just for you. For all of our customers, we supply full pick-up details and an emergency number 24/7 for all reservations.

WHAT IF A TOUR I PURCHASED IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE?
If a tour is no longer available for any reason for the dates you have chosen then there are two options:

1. We offer you an alternative date, or

2. You get a full refund.

DO I HAVE TO PRINT MY VOUCHER?
You can either print it or just show it by using your smartphone. 

ARE PRICES PER PERSON?
Yes: Prices are per person, in Euro. The price of your tour/excursion/cruise etc. is guaranteed the moment we receive your deposit.

ARE YOUR TOURS GUIDED?
All of our tours include guides except where otherwise noted.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS PER ONLINE BOOKING?
For safety reasons, the maximum number of persons is set to 9. That does not stop you from booking in separate groups.

WHY DO I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I TRY TO BOOK?
Make sure that you write the correct zip code and only numbers. Or just use 70014. OR, you are using a credit or debit card that is not accepted by our bank system. We accept only VISA and Mastercard.

What are the available ways of payment?

The available ways of payment are:

1. Through Visa or MasterCard - Debit or Credit card.

2. Bank Transfer(Provided we confirm the availability and the payment is made within the next 24-48 hours.

3. Pay a 50% deposit via Bank Transfer and the rest on the day of your tour.

4. Pay at our Travel Office in Hersonissos and receive your tickets there.

For all the above options, the Terms and conditions for cancellation are the same. Cancel 48 hours prior to the departure time of the tour and you have a 100% refund.
